These terms cover GoGo on the App Store and on Google Play. By creating an account you agree to them and the Privacy Policy.
The app
GoGo is a live channel that stays on for 24 hours. Watching is free. Clips are generated from prompts and from the audience’s votes. They can be unexpected. Other viewers steer a channel you open.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13. GoGo is not for children under 13.
Bamboo
Bamboo is spent inside the app. It is not cash and cannot be transferred or redeemed. A vote costs 20 bamboo. Opening a channel costs 500 bamboo. Welcome bamboo expires after 7 days. Bamboo you buy does not expire. Pack prices are shown by the App Store or Google Play at checkout. Refunds for a purchase are handled by that store.
What you submit
You are responsible for the prompts and images you submit. You give GoGo permission to show the resulting channel and clips to other people in the app. Do not submit anything illegal, anything that sexually involves a minor, or anything meant to harass a real person. We can remove a clip, close a channel, or close an account that breaks this.
To report a story, use the report question on the home page, or email support@gogolive.app.
Accounts
You can ask us to delete your account from the delete account question on the home page. Deleting the account does not by itself refund a store purchase.
